  Despite the parking problem outside of my flat, and the horrible two flights of stairs needed to traverse before reaching my home, every single Asda driver over the past THREE years has had a delightful and enthusiastic attitude regarding my deliveries. I am moving to a different part of Frome now, and I can honestly say that one of my major worries is that I won't benefit from the same pool of wonderful drivers! They really are that good. I just thought that you all should know. As an American, this was my very first experience with home-delivered groceries and it was everything I wanted and more. I can only pray that this phenomenal service will continue!

  while some of the staff are great, many at this store fall short. particularly in the kiosk where you can often be stuck for a very long time while staff chat. I rather pay a little more at sainsburys for the sake of my sanity

  Absolutely horrendous service, nobody seems to know what they're doing, the self service tills have No one supervising (and everyone knows how ridiculous those machines are) and all staff are rude, very scruffy and some of them even smell! I went at 1pm very normal time of day and they had boxes on the floor, fruit all over the floor broken boxes spilled everywhere and nobody seemed to notice! Totally appalling.
